
In 1991, A C Toepfer (International) Gmbh and Union
Invivo (Formely Sigma) became shareholders in Gleadell. Since then
they have both increased their shareholding and now own 50% each.

C Toepfer has been trading in grain, oilseeds and feedstuffs since
its formation in 1919. With headquarters in Hamburg and more than
40 subsidiaries and offices
worldwide, the group has over 9000 employees and achieves sales
volumes of more than 40 million tons annually. Toepfer International
was founded in 1979 with an equity of approx 55.5 million Euros.
Today the equity amounts to more than 200 Million Euros.
