Shareholders

In 1991, A C Toepfer (International) Gmbh and Union Invivo (Formely Sigma) became shareholders in Gleadell. Since then they have both increased their shareholding and now own 50% each.

HamburgAlfred C Toepfer has been trading in grain, oilseeds and feedstuffs since its formation in 1919. With headquarters in Hamburg and more than 40 subsidiaries and offices worldwide, the group has over 9000 employees and achieves sales volumes of more than 40 million tons annually. Toepfer International was founded in 1979 with an equity of approx 55.5 million Euros. Today the equity amounts to more than 200 Million Euros.

ParisFrom its headquarters in Paris, Union Invivo trades agricultural products on the international markets. As well as operating large grain storage and handling facilities, Union Invivo has secondary interests in silos in most French ports. Union Invivo trades over 10 million per annum and counts over 337 European co-ops among its shareholders.
