Gleadell Xtra

Gleadell Xtra is an internet ready, data base system that gives our customers (growers and/or end-users) online access to all information relating to their grain trading contracts with Gleadell. Gleadell Xtra is a secure website based system that is specific to each customer; information is protected through a simple login and unique password.

Gleadell Xtra also provides growers with all details relating to their seed and fertilizer purchases with Gleadell. The entire system is updated nightly after each working day to ensure timely and accurate information is readily available to all our farm and end-user accounts. Gleadell Xtra is a unique product in agriculture, is free to all our customers and is continually developed and improved. Gleadell Xtra has been developed with for and on behalf of our farmer customers, and contains all vital information on the trading activities between Gleadell and each individual customer.

Information available via Gleadell Xtra includes:

Grain purchase contract information: variety/purchase specification; tonnage; period of movement; price basis (fixed or open) and quality scales (where applicable)
Movement information: load by load analysis against each contract, including premiums/allowances (where applicable)
Accounting data: payment dates on contracts; due dates on orders
Fertilizer and seed sales: As for grain purchase contracts, details include fertilizer product/variety and seed treatment purchased; quantity, delivery period (forward) or date of delivery and payment due date
Sample data: Where Gleadell has sampled the grain prior to purchase and movement, all laboratory analyses relating to the quality of the grain are tabulated in an easy to read format, as per the layout of each customers’ grain store

In addition to the above many printable summary reports (in simple tabulated formats) are available online to allow each customer to remain fully informed on every contract with Gleadell.

The service is free and available to all our customers and users can gain access as “single accounts” our as “farm groups” where necessary, thus allowing one login point for several farm accounts.
