Zebedee is a soft endosperm, Group 3 winter wheat with
a very high yield potential. It has excellent resistance to
yellow rust and similar lodging resistance to Claire. Zebedee has
a high Hagberg Falling Number and is suitable for the
biscuit, distilling, feed and export markets. Grain quality
characteristics are similar to Claire and Consort.

Zebedee is a soft textured Group 3 variety with a high Hagberg Falling Number. In preliminary tests it has shown good dough extensibilty for biscuit flour and given positive results from distilling tests.
