Energy Contracts

Gleadell offer energy contracts on oilseed rape grown for the commercial crop.

The rapeseed must move from the farm by the end of January.

The farmer claims energy payment from defra on his commercial hecterage.
He receives 45 euros / hectare from defra with his iaccs payment.

The cost from Gleadell is half of the payment which covers all the administration of the contracts.

Gleadell has a dedicated member of staff, Alison Green, who administrates all of the energy contacts. Farmers are encouraged to contact Alison Green when forms need filling in for assistance.
