Einstein is the highest yielding fully recommended breadmaking variety on the HGCA Recommended List and is suitable for all UK regions.

Einstein has a similar yield potential to many of the highest yielding feed wheats, stiff, short straw, and has performed extremely well across a range of situations including first, second wheats and late drilling.

Einstein has good all round disease resistance,particularly to eyespot which is very unusual in a breadmaking variety. Einstein has good grain quality which is suitable for both domestic and overseas grists.

Einstein is also suitable for organic situations.
